1. Is it easy to return an item that’s not suitable?
Yes, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number and ask for an RAC (returns authorisation code). Once received complete the proforma invoice enclosed in your order, place the returns address on the packaging and take to your nearest post office. Please refer to our returns policy for further information. If returning item from overseas, there are some countries where we are unable to offer free returns. Check with our returns team for further information.
2. How do I know if an item of clothing will fit me or not?
We have provided a chart with the International size equivalents, for example a UK size 10 is equivalent to a US size 6. The size chart can be found on the bar at the bottom of the page and also on one of the tabs from the link on the product page called ‘What size am I’. We have provided the sizes where possible for the brands. We have also provided a guide on how to measure yourself to find your size.
3. How much does the shipment cost?
Shipment costs start from as low as £3.50 for a standard delivery in the UK, £7.50 for Europe and £9.50 for the rest of the World.
4. How long before I receive my order?
Items are shipped on the day that the order is received, except in cases where the order is placed in the late afternoon or evening, then the item is shipped out the following day. It is also dependent on which shipment service you have chosen and where the item is being shipped to. However, an item can be received the same day if being couriered within London for the cost of £14.90, or received next day; otherwise we advise customers that shipment can take 2-3 days for standard delivery in the UK through to 10 days for delivery to Australia.
5. I have received a faulty item?
On rare occasions, some items slip through our quality control. In these instances you will be fully refunded, including the cost of the delivery.
6. How long before I receive a refund on my returned item?
Once we have received your returned item, and everything is in order. We sign this off to be refunded. Your refund will be the cost of the item and be refunded to the original payment card and exclude the delivery cost. We usually advise customers that it can take up to 3 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement, as the funds are processed through the Banking system.
7. I tried to order an item online, but I lost my internet connection, can you confirm that the order went through?
If your internet connection fails when you are in the middle of making an order online, you will know if the payment was successful when you receive an email confirmation. However, when you haven’t received an email confirmation, please do call us on +44 (0)1474 816305 as we will be able to check as to whether the payment and order were successful. If the transaction has not been successful, we can always take the order over the phone.
