≈We are happy to fulfil orders overseas, where local import duties and taxes may be payable on receipt. On International deliveries, some couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
When do we deliver?
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Glam-Net are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Important information
- A signature is required upon receipt of goods
- We are unable to leave a parcel unless prior arrangements have been made
- We do not deliver on bank holidays
- We do not deliver to or collect from P.O. Box numbers
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched
- Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation
- Delays may be caused by external influences
Insurance
Glam-Net insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for all goods delivered. Once signed and goods passed to you, at this point the responsibility for your purchase transfers to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Glam-Net and transfer of responsibility in the same way as specified above.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
National taxes
UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands. Local VAT will be applied to all other EU destinations.
As of January 4, 2011 UK VAT will rise to 20% and the prices of our products will reflect this.
International Duties and taxes (Paid)
International orders are inclusive of duty and custom charges. Most countries are shipped to on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means you should not pay additional local sales taxes at the time of delivery of your order. Depending on your Country of residence, Glam-Net advise that import duty and local sales taxes will not be refundable to Non-EU customers wishing to return items.

International Duties and taxes (Unpaid)
If you live in a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) destination, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as UK VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching a DDU order. Please look out for this email to ensure timely dispatch of your order.
